Payment Structure

To secure a plot of land and a property on the Tambol Sanglang development contracts between Siam-Land and the client require the following payments:

Payment 1

2.3 million baht – This entitles the client to become the leaseholder of the chosen plot and for construction of the property to begin. Construction for this phase consists of laying the property foundations, erecting the basic framework (reinforced concrete post & beam) and roofing the structure.

Payment 2

1.5 million baht – This payment covers the construction of internal and external walls, doors, windows, fresh and waste water plumbing, electric and light.

Payment 3 (final payment)

1.5 million baht – Interior fittings to kitchen & bathrooms, tiling, garden landscaping, driveway e.t.c Once the final payment has been received and the construction completed, keys to the property will be handed over to the client upon completion of the supplementary contract governing rubbish collection, property and garden maintenance.
