Siam-Land is a wholly Thai-British owned company based in Chiang Mai with a representative in the UK. We not only build property and develop land but offer a full management service, from property maintenance, garden maintenance, re-leasing and all legal matters.

We enlist the help of local resources to ensure that all aspects of our developments satisfy local planning laws and construction codes.

All village developments of 10 houses or more will feature a swimming pool for the use of owners and their guests.

Obviously the style and construction methods vary a great deal between Thailand and U.K. but be assured that the commitment of Siam-Land is to give our clients complete peace of mind in their investment in Thailand.

We welcome independent assessments of our developments at any stage as we understand that in most cases, our clients will not be able to frequently visit the sites. If you wish to make a preliminary inspection of the site and talk face to face with the partners of Siam-Land to further understand the complete process, we are very happy to assist in arranging international flights, in-country transfers, hotel reservations and an accompanied tour of the site and the surrounding areas.
